- QDo you always have plenty of stock?
- ANot really. I sell clearance items bought from many sources, so stock comes and goes. If the listing is up, it is available; if it is gone, it is sold.
- QI need a specific CPU, RAM or drive. Do you sell parts separately?
- ASorry, no. It is not that I won’t, I just don’t have them to sell. Any RAM or SSD listed with a machine is only sold with that machine.
- QI want to run this app, play that game or use that software. Will the machine handle it?
- APlease check the software’s requirements yourself and compare them with the machine’s specs. I’m not an expert and I don’t want to give you the wrong advice.
- QIf I come in person, can I get a discount?
- ANo, sorry. The price is already good, so no discounts.
- QI’m a student, can you give me a discount?

- ASorry, I don’t take deposits, not even 1 dong. Either pick it up, or pay in full by bank transfer and I ship it via Viettel Post.

- AHehe, even brand-new boxed products can have faults. If buying clearance gear doesn’t feel safe to you, buying new is the better choice.
- QDo you help with software installation?
- AYes, when you buy a machine with full specs: CPU, RAM and SSD. I only install Windows and free software, and no cracked software.
- QI have my own CPU, RAM and SSD. Can you put them in for me?
- ASure: 50K VND for assembly + 150K VND for setup (Windows only). It takes about 30–45 minutes and must be booked in advance. It’s a paid service, not a favor, so to save money try assembling and testing your own parts.
